Is TinyNet-A a good fit for lightweight or edge projects?

The model card says it has around 6.2M parameters and about 0.3 GMACs per image. I'm planning a small app that classifies photos on modest hardware. Has anyone used it in a similar setup?

Those numbers put it in the "small and fast" category, so it's a reasonable candidate for limited hardware. The trade-off is the 192x192 input, so fine details get lost. For general photos it's fine, for small objects it's less so.
