One account per participant

• You cannot sign up from multiple accounts, and therefore, you cannot submit from multiple accounts.

No private sharing outside

• Privately sharing code or data outside is not permitted.

Submission Limits

• For public submission, there is no limit on the number of times, you can submit per day.
• For private submission, you may submit a maximum of 5 entries per day.
